IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Custom-made products, such as embroidered black belts or karate gis, require additional processing time. These cannot be shipped on the same day as the order is placed because they are specially made for you. Thank you for your understanding.

International orders are shipped out the same day with DHL Express and On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.* This does not apply to orders for embroidered black/kyu belts or embroidered karate suits.

Customs and Import Taxes
Kyokushinworldshop.com is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipments. Each country has its own regulations, and we cannot calculate these charges in advance. We recommend contacting your local tax authority to determine the exact taxes due. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid if applicable.
Return Policy by Kyokushinworldshop
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Kyokushinworldshop.com purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund, store credit, or exchange.* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange. All we ask is that you return the items in their original packaging, unworn, clean, and free of any odors, in the same condition as when you received them.
Any item returned that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange. All returns or exchanges are at the discretion of Kyokushinworldshop.com.
*Custom-made or personalized items, such as selected belts, gis, and equipment, cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for you. Please check the detailed product information on the respective product page.
**Due to hygiene concerns, compression (fight) shorts, groin protection cups, mouthguards, and bras are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
How to Return Your Order
Before processing a return, we need to verify that the purchase was made on Kyokushinworldshop.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm that the item(s) being returned were purchased within the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but all sales are final after 30 days.
To return your order easily, use the following link: Return Portal.
Repackage your return and include the original packing slip. Every Kyokushinworldshop order is shipped with a packing slip, so please ensure it is included in the box with your returned item.
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to Kyokushinworldshop. Once the return is approved, Kyokushinworldshop will refund the full merchandise value, minus the original shipping cost.
Receiving Your Refund: Kyokushinworldshop.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, or if there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within 12 days to resolve the issue.
Please email us at [email protected] or call/WhatsApp us at +31 611218115 with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, please include a photograph to help us analyze the claim. Once we receive this information, our staff will personally get in touch to resolve the issue with you.
The sooner you notify us, the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 15 days, so we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 12 days.
