A Shinai is essentially a bamboo sword, made up of four bamboo slats (take) held together at the tip by a leather cap (saki-gawa) and at the other end by a leather handle (tsuka-gawa). These two parts are connected by a nylon cord (tsuru).
These power tubes belong to the Shadow Boxer and are available in 3 resistances: Medium, Heavy and Extreme. The tubes can be quickly attached to the belt of the Shadow Boxer.
